Another popular, low carb recipe that you can find online is called deep-fried burritos. Again, you can use fat free sour cream and fill the tortillas with chopped lean beef, chicken or shrimp. When cooking this dish, remember that you want to use as much avocado as possible. Avocado is a great source of carbs, protein and dietary fiber and is excellent for your diet, especially if you are trying to lose weight.

One of the most delicious, low carb recipes that you can try is called salad. This can also be made with lean meats such as chicken or fish but you can also use nuts and cheese if you like. As with any other salad, you want to make sure that you have plenty of dressing on hand. A healthy, fat free salad dressing recipe is made by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice and a bit of oil in a bowl. You can then use a food processor to chop up your salad and serve it on top of some crackers or on your plate.
